Plastic injection-molded parts

In our plastic injection molding shop, we process virtually all common engineering plastics on six injection molding machines with clamping forces ranging from 25 to 90 tons, up to a shot weight of approximately 130 grams.

We have also been processing high-quality specialty engineering plastics such as PEI (Ultem) or PA6 (Nylatron) for many years.

We manufacture precision injection-molded parts in small and prototype runs ranging from 1 to approximately 10,000 pieces, which are primarily used in the following product areas:
