Description
Handoperated tool to cut small quantities, recommended for short-time operation only. Suitable to cut and seal the edges of synthetic fabric, such as cords, ropes, bands and belting fabric. Heat up time of blades approx 6-8 seconds. Heat may be controlled by switching tool on and off.

Therefore - contact us and let us know what kind of problems you are dealing with. We will do our best to find the optimal solution for you. We also do trial cuttings with your fabric without any obligation on your part.
Please remember to indicate the required diameter of a section to cut out (outer Ø of blade for holes or inner Ø of blade for circular rounds). Depending on the type of blade or application, we need to know the required lengths a and b, radius r and angle a , when placing your order.
Optional Cutting Blade Protector
This is a self-restoring protection device attached to the HSG-0 hot-cutting device to prevent that the heated cutting tip touch the skin of the user or other materials.
The cutting blade protector reduces the risks of injuries such as burns of the skin and other possible property damage.
The cutting blade protector is suitable for retrofitting HSG-0 hot cutters.
Operation only in conjunction with the cutting tip type R.
